That could just be anxiety because you’re in there... they will keep taking it and hopefully it will come down (will keep everything crossed).

Ohb0llocks · 22/10/2017 19:00

147 over 80 something. Just waiting for the doctor now. Think it’s the amount of protein that’s the problem.

Ohb0llocks · 22/10/2017 19:21

Definitely pre eclampsia, but at the minute things seem to be at a safe level. Definitely won’t be going to due date, but need to see how things are and if induction will be favourable.

They’re going to ring with an appointment in the morning.

DuRezidal · 22/10/2017 19:44

Oh dear, at least you will be closely monitored now. How many weeks are you now?

Roseandbee · 22/10/2017 19:45

I guess you were excpecting that ohb, but it’s good news urgent action isn’t needed. Are you 36 weeks now?

Ohb0llocks · 22/10/2017 20:08

Yes definitely expecting it.

I’ll be 37 weeks tomorrow!

BellaMoon · 22/10/2017 20:37

take it you are getting home then @Ohb0llocks? hope you’ll sleep better in your own bed chic. xx

Ohb0llocks · 22/10/2017 20:43

I’m home now just put DS to bed. I think I will push for some definite progress tomorrow, I would rather be induced now than just leave it until I’m seriously ill if that makes sense?

Anna2006 · 22/10/2017 21:09

Deffo. Your 37 works tomorrow so full term so baby can come out any time now really. Not worth making yourself more ill over seeing as baby is fully grown now. Little one will be with you soon ohb!

Xx

BellaMoon · 22/10/2017 21:59

makes total sense @Ohb0llocks hope you’ve not long to wait on answers. not knowing/waiting is the worst isn’t it? hope you have a rest tonight and good news in the morning xx

i haven’t had much luck identifying this strange sensation in my vagina BUT a development over the weekend is that i’m now peeing 4-5 times an hour! i’m guessing baby is just in a position where my bladder and lady bits are under pressure.

hope you’re all ok ladies, i’m about to set up a makeshift bed in my loo to save me moving 😂

Roseandbee · 23/10/2017 00:10

Yes it’s good your full term now ohb! Sounds like it won’t be long till you meet your baby!

Bella my peeing has increased recently, I nearly wet myself on my drive yesterday, had to stand there for awhile with my legs crossed thinking dry thoughts, go get yourself a bed pan;) hope it doesn’t disturb your sleep to much

bakingmad83 · 23/10/2017 05:58

Hopefully you'll be given definite date for induction today Ohb0llocks, not long now till you meet DS2 x

Ohb0llocks · 23/10/2017 07:44

Fingers crossed. I’m bloody petrified!

More upset about leaving DS. Thought we had so much more time just me and him. And he’s been so excited for Halloween 🙁

Ohb0llocks · 23/10/2017 10:22

Just had phone call from the hospital.
Bp profile check today, scan and midwife tomorrow morning.

Pranpreeya157D · 23/10/2017 10:24

Itchy? ???
Not a lots but now again, at my tummy ,arms mostly after shower, or night time perhaps it's my cloths make me itch? Or should I be worried? Well I'm 32 weeks prg lol

bakingmad83 · 23/10/2017 11:54

Hopefully you will know more after your appointment tomo Ohb0llocks

Pranpreeya itchy skin can be normal across your stomach in pregnancy - had it on mine in the 2nd trimester - but can also be a sign of obstetric cholestasis www.nhs.uk/conditions/pregnancy-and-baby/pages/itching-obstetric-cholestasis-pregnant.aspx . Chances are it's probably not that, but if you're concerned maybe get in touch with your midwife before your 34 week appointment?

Pranpreeya157D · 23/10/2017 14:41

@Bakingmad83
Just to be sure, I've just had my blood taken for liver test at the MFU unit 2 seconds ago, hopefully everything is ok..Blush

Ohb0llocks · 23/10/2017 15:19

I’m just waiting now for another BP check. Got a cracking headache though and some epiGastric pain.

Ohb0llocks · 23/10/2017 18:25

Just got home from the hospital. BP borderline, protein seems to be less. Induction booked for Friday if things stay stable. Growth scan and another bp check in the morning!

BellaMoon · 23/10/2017 18:56

how’s the headache @Ohb0llocks are you relieved about the induction as you’ve something to focus on? i’m excited for you! and plenty time to spend with DS between now and then x

OnNaturesCourse · 23/10/2017 19:32

Can I join you ladies?

35+4 EDD 23 November 1st baby and team yellow. Had HG until around 20 weeks, plain sailing really until i landed on crutches at 30 weeks due to SPD. Hospital recently with a ankle injury due to SPD making me walk differently.

Definately hit the "ok im done" stage.

OHB, only briefly seen what's going on, hope you're OK hon xx

Pranpreeya157D · 23/10/2017 19:49

@Ohb0llocks
hope you're more relax now, how you're feeling? Keep me updated I am following your symptoms as my guidance (I'm a new mom) ,soon you'll see your baby xxx

Oh hello OnNaturesCourse,I'm sure you can xxxx

bakingmad83 · 23/10/2017 20:10

That was good you were able to get your bloods taken so quickly Pranpreeya, hopefully good news.

Must be a relief to have date for induction now Ohb0llocks

Nice to have you on board OnNaturesCourse, sounds like it's been an eventful pregnancy, hopefully the rest of it will go smoothly and at least not too long till due date. I'm just a week ahead of you, 36+4.

OnNaturesCourse · 23/10/2017 20:54

Eventful is one word for it 😂

Another thing is my leaky boobs. Started "harvesting" it today as it was such a waste. I got approximately 5ml in 20 minutes which I'm told is quite a lot? Least it's not getting wasted now.

Ohb0llocks · 24/10/2017 06:39

Headache is quite mild @BellaMoon seems to be coming and going. Absolutely petrified of this induction though. Worried I’m going to be one of those people that’s left for days and days and ends up getting bloody nowhere!

Growth scan and more bp checks this morning! I’m physically and mentally exhausted.
