Vicks First Defence?

I have a cold coming and usually end up with a hideous sinus infection, so I'm trying to prevent it. Does anyone know whether it's ok to take Vicks First Defence when pregnant? Thanks

I’ve heard it’s not I’m afraid....

I'm pretty sure it isn't. Sorry! Wish it was as I've been suffering a terribl2 cold I could have prevented otherwise.
