Pain in bump?

Bit of a grumble from me! I stood up funny today, from a stooopid camping style chair, and had a wrenching pain in the bottom left of my bump (I'm 30 weeks pregnant) at the time it was so painful I actually almost cried and couldn't physically move for a few minutes. This was about 5 hours ago and my bump is still sore and a bit tender. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
I had a c-section with my dd in 2005 and this pain was at the level of, and over the left hand side part of my scar site. Is it probably just a pulled muscle, pulled scar tissue or something harmless like that?
Please re-assure me - I am SUCH a flapper!!!

Probably just a wrench but it would set your mind at rest to speak to a midwife.

Probably your baby saying: 'eeuuuwww mum don't sit on that, it'll never take the weight of both of us' . Seriously if you are worried about scar separation, you probably don't have cause to, but call the midwife anyway.

It's most likely round ligament pain (translates as 'yeah we know it hurts but we can't make it better so we just name it something that sounds medical to make you go away happier'.)

Thanks for swift replies.
lol Tinkerbell! Didn't want to sit there but all the other seats were taken! Will know to stay standing next time!

Thanks TooTicky, you are probably right,
I think I will sleep on it and see how I feel tomorrow morning - if it's still sore I can call the midwife then... It's not massively painful now, just achy. Don't want to seem paranoid, it just alarmed me.
