Unable to do sweep but bleeding - normal?

Basically that. She tried to do sweep but couldnt but gave it a good go! 😷 its not blood stained mucus its just blood. Am i to take it that its just from being messed with? Also period pains too and feel sick. Just generally pretty crap. Just obviously not sure about the blood thats all.

I'd call maternity triage/delivery suite. Given you must be around due as you've had a sweep. It's worth explaining the situation to them and see what their advice is.

The blood is probably from a sensitive cervix if it has been prodded and poked but I still think you should call to be on the safe side.
