Hi
Is it normal to have a reduction in symptoms at 6 weeks? I started off with a bit of nausea, backache, thirst and breast tenderness but these seem to have gone now?

Mine came and went through the first 12wks, I'd panic, have a private scan, then come home and the symptoms would be back. 18wks now.

I think it might be - I've had similar in the last week and now 6+3. I've been reassured by a few ladies that this happened between 6-8 wks. As long as there's no bleeding, it's just hormones fluctuating. It's hard not to worry as I had a mc earlier this year, but I know of women who had missed miscarriages who had more symptoms than with a successful pregnancy, so you can't really judge it.
