Long story, short. I'm on holiday. 6-7 weeks pregnant. Last night I had a gush of blood and thought I was miscarrying. This morning, ultrasound confirmed baby is still there and has a strong heartbeat but I have fibroids and they may be causing an issue. Anyone any experience they can share? I'm on a drip and the dr wants complete bed rest. After all the blood yesterday I can't believe there's a heartbeat but there you go...
