I've just got a call from a Nurse to confirm an appointment with Haematology next week. I have no idea about this and have not received any letters. She would not disclose what it was about.

I worried now. Anyone else been referred?

I'm 12 week now.

Thanks!

It could just be a minor thing like iron deficiencies. I would phone your midwife up and ask her about it as she might know and might be able to help.

Thanks @DeadDoorpost - I'm still trying to get through to them. X

Hopefully you got through? It is a bit odd the nurse didn't say but I would try not to worry (difficult I know) until you can either find out more or you get to the appointment. It could be a very long pregnancy wait otherwise.

I hope you managed to get through OP but i would imagine this is iron related more than anything concerning! X

Have you had your first lot of bloods taken? If not, probably just routine.

Hi all - yes I did. So in the end they mixed up my hospital number with another ladies. The appointment wasn't even for me! No wonder the original nurse didn't sound too sure about what she was talking about! What a mess! Hopefully the correct lady now has the correct appointment!
