Arnica tablets

I'm looking into arnica tablets and wondering about dosage? On Holland & Barratt's website, they do 30c tablets - has anyone used arnica tablets before/during/after childbirth before? What dosage did you use and how frequently?

I used arnica tablets after DS was born, as was really swollen and bruised after episiotomy and forceps. It was 2.5 years ago, so sorry can't remember exactly what I took, though I did just follow the directions on the pack. Within a few days of taking them, could feel a big difference - seemed to do more than the ibuprofen I'd initially taken. Hope your birth goes well.

I only took them after, but think I remember reading somewhere to start them once in labour

They are homeopathic so you're best off saving your pennies.
