What turned your traverse baby?

I'm 32 weeks and baby is traverse. I'm not terrified this means a section - I want to avoid a section desperately.
What successfully helped you turn your traverse baby?

32 weeks is still quite early so I wouldn't panic just yet. They may turn on their own.

Yeah, don't panic now at all- my baby was in an unstable transverse lie last week at 36+4, now that got the doctors in a flap. Had to come back a few days later at 37 weeks to consider admission and c sec and baby had flipped to head down of their own accord! My midwife and the doctors always said to me that before 36 weeks you might get told baby's position but it's not part of the necessary checks at that stage because it's so likely to change before 36 weeks. 😊

If you're still in that position in 4 weeks time there are stretches and circles on yoga balls that are supposed to encourage baby to go head down x

Another one for not panicking. Both of mine were transverse at 32 weeks and both shuffled into the right position without any help.

Ok thank you - words of wisdom appreciated!
