Hiya i'm 7+2 just now first pregnancy and really wanting dairylea spread. I know some cheeses we have to avoid but i'm sure if dariylea is safe?xx

I think when they say avoid soft cheese they mean things more like Brie etc. I think things like dairylea and Philadelphia are ok.

I lived on cream crackers and dairylea first time round. Had HG and unable to keep anything down.

Midwife told me that "plastic" cheeses like dairylea Philly etc were fine. Even though it says soft cheese on the pack.
