I have been bleeding for almost a week now started of as brown discharge only when i wipe or go to the toilet. Dr said not to worry as long as its brown then on day 6 it turned dark red only when i went to the pee (sorry tmi). So i had 2 days of dark red blood and some cramping. This morning i had some severe cramps for about 15 minutes and 2 hours later i passed a liver like tissue and all my pain stopped and so did the bleeding. I started having sore boobs only yesterday and i became very veiny on hands, boobs and thighs that hasnt dissappeared. my dr's appointment is on monday and im worried i had a miscarriage. Did anyone experience something like this

I would go straight to the hospital asap. If there's any bleeding and the blood is really red that's not a good sign so I would go in x

How far along are you?

I would contact dr/midwife for a referral for EPU for a scan to confirm what has happened.

Momtobeaddict · 15/09/2017 13:09

I would give your Dr a call and see if you can get an earlier appointment or -ideally - a referral to the EPU. To be honest, it doesn't sound like great news but I have heard of people managing to get through big bleeds still pregnant. I hope you are one of the lucky ones.

Called the midwife she said something about decidual cast. Has anyone heard of it. I sent an image of the picture because i kept the thing.

I had something similar although I wasn't pregnant at the time, and it was a large blood clot. Best go in to the EPU if you can!

Mo0517 · 16/09/2017 20:32

Did they not ask you to come in for examination?

abbsisspartacus · 16/09/2017 20:37

Yes I lost tissue and blood he is fine eight years old now

Definitely get a scan at the early pregnancy unit as there is no other way to know really.

Hope it's good news Flowers
