4 + 2 boobs don't hurt at all, not even remotely tender. Don't even feel pregnant! Should I be worried?

Mine didn't hurt until about 6 weeks and even then it wasn't what I was expecting. They mainly hurt at night until I bought a sleep bra. Not everyone gets every well known symptom. I got no sickness but started having nose bleeds. No need to worry Smile I'm 17+5 and still don't feel that pregnant most of the time!

Mine have never hurt when I'm pregnant. Am 35 weeks with DC2

Foggymist · 13/09/2017 15:46

It's not mandatory that they hurt? Mine never did, 31 weeks with dc2 now. There is no particular pregnant "feeling", it's incredibly early yet so it's completely normal not to be experiencing many/any symptoms, other than missing a period. Enjoy it while it lasts!

Foggymist · 13/09/2017 15:48

Actually I never understand what posters mean here when they say they don't feel pregnant, what is it they expect they should be feeling??

LadyPug · 13/09/2017 15:50

Sorry I should have been clearer, boobs hurt a lot more with dc1 so I presumed my body would react the same way this time!

Mine hurt alot during the first trimester, everyone is different and may not get all the obvious symtoms.

leighdinglady · 13/09/2017 20:58

During my first pregnancy my boobs hurt before I even did the test, it's what made me test. This pregnancy - not until 7/8 weeks. I was so worried and certain I was having some form of phantom pregnancy. Every pregnancy is different

Moose23IsHungry · 13/09/2017 21:02

@foggymist I don't feel pregnant but I'm 12 weeks now.

By this I mean

  • I don't feel sick with morning sickness
  • I don't feel any different to normal
  • my boobs don't hurt
  • I don't have any cravings
  • no mood swings

I.e. All the textbook symptoms that we are supposed to think will happen, don't happen for me. The only reason I know is a pregnancy test and three early ultrasounds (history of miscarriage).

@ladypug you're very early on so give it time! And you might be like me, have nothing to prove it but your positive test.

LadyPug · 13/09/2017 21:10

Thank you moose that makes me feel better!

My boobs never hurt until 6 weeks+ either. I think that is usually the most common early symptom so when you don't get it you think 'why aren't my boobs sore?'

And as for not feeling pregnant a huge majority of people experience a range of symptoms so if you don't experience them then great but it's not unusual to expect them also and when you've experienced them once you know what you should expect second time round even tho things can differ for each pregnancy'

LadyPug · 14/09/2017 10:06

Thanks sunshine I think that's what worried me, that they were soooo painful last time! I'm just trying to relax and enjoy no pain for now!

I'm 15 weeks and had barely any symptoms - sore boobs on and off (from about week 6-10) and general tiredness but that's about it. Enjoy it! Some of my friends had awful morning sickness so be happy you don't xx
