Help, how to explain regular doctor's appointment to work

Hello all,
So pregnancy means lots of appointments, doesn't it?!
I know I'm entitled to time off work for appointments, but I've got a bit of a strange situation going on...
I have genital warts. Had them eons ago and got treated, now am pregnant they are back and I am assured it's quite common. No change of partner in years, nothing like that, just another charming aspect of being pregnant.
So I'm getting treatment, but it means going every other week, I work far from where I can be seen so I need to go first thing or last thing appointments, and be late for work, or leave early. With me so far?!
My plea for your expertise and imaginations is this... how can I explain these regular appointments without saying the truth which I am too embarrassed to say? Are there other conditions that could require an appointment every other week?
Do I even have to explain? I know workplaces have to be accommodating to pregnant employees, but it's not just these appointments, I also have scans and midwife and a glucose test and a dentist... so if there was an easy way to explain these fortnightly ones to my boss... well, I'd love your suggestions.
Thanks in advance!

Pregnancy related is honest, and fine as an explanation. Just say I have to go to a pregnancy related appointment every fortnight and hope they don't read mumsnet!

Just say you have extra monitoring appointments for your pregnancy. You don't need to say why.

If it's pregnancy that's caused them to come back then it's entirely truthful to just say pregnancy related!

I would also say pregnancy related... your company should be allowing you to go to any pregnancy appointments you have. 😀
