How pregnant am I?

I happen to know my conception date and it was only 2 weeks ago but all the apps are saying I'm 4 weeks pregnant! I'm not! I'm definitely two! What's going on?

As pp said it's counted from the first day of your last period so technically two weeks before conception.

Your date is taken from your last period. Hence why pregnancy is officially 40 weeks.

I mean, technically you'll have only been pregnant for one week, as it takes a week or so for the embryo to implant in your womb! But yes counted as four weeks medically.

It's quite logical really, you're much more likely to be certain about your last period date than the date you ovulated/conceived, that's all.
