Bad stomach pains

For the past hour ive been getting bad rib ache and back ache just got up for a pee and started expieriencing really bad stomach ache and still have it now along side the rib and back pains. All over my stomach and more painful at the top also stomach is hard? What could this be can't really describe the pain but it is like aching and sharp stabbing all at the same time. What could it be, could it be serious? 33 weeks pregnant

I don't know Princey. Could be early labour, could be braxton hicks, could be wind, could be a trapped nerve. If bump is going hard it would maybe be worth calling your midwife for a chat about it.

I had terrible pain a few days ago - right across my hip, up my back and across the left side of my bump. It made me complain out loud and kept coming and going. Turned out to be terrible wind Sounds daft but it hurt so much!

Someone advised me to have a warm bath. It helped ease the pain. It can also help ease Braxton Hicks. If it doesn't ease off, then it could be contractions.

I'd suggest applying some heat (warm bath or warm hot water bottle) and seeing if it eases off. But don't leave it too long, it should help within half an hour or so. However there's also no harm in contacting your midwife/triage to check. Best to play it safe.

I assume baby is moving normally?
