Issues with food, dieting: advice needed

Hi all.
I am currently 12w6d pregnant. Without wanting to bore you all, basically 10 years or so ago I was 15 stone, lost about 5/6 of it using weight watchers and the such like and got very active, gym, classes, you name it.
I do have an issue with food and when stressed have a tendancy to binge eat. I have still managed to keep the weight off.
Cue to this year where I've just left a horrendous job a stone heavier as a result. Now that I'm pregnant I'm finding my usual food barriers have lifted and I am chowing down... A lot.
I suppose the advice I'm after is does this happen? How do I get over it? Can I 'diet' as such? Has this happened to anyone else and how did you deal with it?
I'm worried I will be the15 stone I once was by the time I give birth.....?!

Speak to your midwife. You can do slimming world while pregnant.

I'm doing slimming world and while I am still getting gains I also am having maintains so that at the end I hope to be lighter! If it is there to lose then it will go :)

Thanks @thingymaboob and @cat2991 I did try slimming world several weeks ago but gave up due to poor nausea and food choices. I think I need to give it another go. I have the books after all!! Thanks ladies Grin
