Free hypnobirthing?

I am really wanting to do a hypnobirthing course but it's almost £300! We are already doing NCT, which is expensive. Anyone got any recommendations for DVDS /YouTube or books?

Let us know what you find, I'd be keen to hear back as I'm also interested in hypnobirthing. Not sure how I'd find out what's available at my local trust? (I'm not even sure what that is sorry)
