Dettol liquid to clean wound when pregnant

I am 22 weeks and cut myself on a metal carpet thing in my house. It wasn't a very deep cut but it bled.
I used dettol first aid liquid to clean wound without even thinking! Now worried hit safe to use in pregnancy. Can't find anything for it on doctor google. I just dabbed area and covered with plaster. It's the brown coloured liquid with chloroxylenol 4.8%. Am I worrying over nothing?

I think that's fine - pharmacist advised me to use TCP recently and I'm pregnant. TCP/Dettol/Savlon/Germolene all similar

I can't imagine it would do harm. I used it to use it on my cs scar after it was a bit stubborn to heal and it was fab!
