Hi all, I'm 28 weeks, baby due at the end of November. This is my 3rd DC and they'll be arriving by c section. I always find it hard to shift the weight post baby and want to be a little more pro active this time; I want my health to be as good as it can be both for recovery and for running around after 3 kids!
I'm thinking of doing an adapted slimming world diet and walking over the next few months to keep on top of it. Has anyone else done slimming world while pregnant? Or does anyone want to buddy up to be a healthy eating/ exercise partner over the next few months?

I've not done slimming world myself but I know a ton of people who do! I also know people that don't really go to slimming world but just hijack some recipes and stick to them.
Walking is a great way to exercise so sounds good!
I'm 25 weeks and currently piling on weight. It's my first so I'm going to have the baby weight loss to look forward to :(
From what I've read best things are to not rush it but build yourself up slowly.
My baby's due Christmas so I can jump on the new year band wagon Grin

I'm trying not to beat myself up too much about all the weight gain so far but it's difficult when I feel like such a moose Sad
