Talk to me about nipples! 😂

Sorry about the title - made me laugh.
This may be a little tmi!

I had one positive test which is making me think it's actually an evap, however I'm 8 (almost 9!) days late and feel the way I did with my DS when pregnant with him.

Have noticed over the last few days my nipples are super veiny! I've had veiny boobs and chest since I had my son (3.5 years) but never in my nips
I can see two clear veins through my areola into my nipple & my nips are really sore like they've never been unless pregnant. They also always seem to be pointy at the minute
Hopefully being sent for blood tests if I've got to 14 days late then find out more from there.
Last tested at 5 days late and was glaringly negative so I'm now not wanting to test for fear of another bfn.

Anyone else have these nipple issues? I'd be 5+1 if I am pregnant. With my MC back in January I didn't get a positive test at all, only a positive blood test so I know it's possible for the tests to not show.
A good old google showed me this is more common than I thought!

I've had it in this pregnancy and from what I've read it's completely normal :)

My boobs looked like road maps when I was pregnant with DD from veins. Literally I woke up and there they were. That was from about 6 weeks.
Not as bad now (DD 2) but still there!

I'm about 8 weeks and my nipples are getting bigger and darker already! They are very pointy anyway but they're really sticking out now too. A bit veiny as well. All normal and had it with my first.

Now just a waiting game for me until tests decide to cooperate 😂

My nipples are super sensitive at the moment, my breasts in general are soo tender I touch every time I knock them they ache, but my nipples seem to be much more sensitive and harder! I have been getting some sharp pains now and then tho just hope they don't get any worse x

That's exactly how mine are at the moment. My nips are killing and seem to have developed little bumps around them 🤔

I had big burger mum nips and veins since a couple of days before my BFP! Totally normal. I also had very prominent bumps on my nipples before positive test, which I googled and found they are called 'Montgomery Tubucles' which led us to call our little fetus 'Monty' for a while before finding out she is a girl!

Even cuter is that we bought a bear for her which we'll call Monty (might not tell her exactly why though hahaha)

Still getting negatives! Doctor wants to send me for a scan to see what's happening x
