Has anyone else had sharp stabbing pains in lower abdomen at nearly twelve weeks? I've not got up and not stretching, I am lying down at the moment

Got harmony test tomorrow and there will be a scan first so I guess I'll see but this is more painful than the other twinges so far! Also NHS nuchal scan Friday... fingers crossed

I had this 2 weeks ago I was 23 weeks at the time, I was sitting down I went to turn around and got this horrible sharp pain. I think was agony so called up the hospital and the midwife said it sounded like I had stretched a ligament. Call up though to put your mind at ease, it's what

Yep I get similar pains, the midwife said any sharp pains are probably just your ligaments, anything crampy is more likely to be a concern.
