Anyone else?!

It's literally the only way I can describe it... almost 30 weeks, and all day it just feels like he is prodding the door to get out, it feels so odd and so low.

I had this with DD and MW dismissed me as being paranoid. We discovered DD was breech when I got in the doors of A&E holding her feet in my hands!

Oh my gosh @Notreallyarsed , how scary. Did everything go ok getting her out?

Have had awful braxton hicks for the last few days, and feeling rather swollen / pressure down below too. Hoping this one isn't gearing up for an early appearance.

Don't remember anything like this with DS1... he was that comfy he had to be evicted via the sunroof.

It did actually, very quick, very smooth birth, no issues with DD or with me. In hindsight I was bloody relieved because they'd have made me have a section if they'd known and I'm terrified of any kind of surgery!
Can you ask your MW tomorrow if you have a number for them? It might be worth an extra scan just to reassure yourself.
DD was my second too and I remember thinking hang on this isn't right, she started it about 25 weeks and was 3 days over (both my boys were 12 days early!) if that helps 😁 I had horrid braxton hicks from about 30 weeks too.

So pleased to hear everything went well! It's the most bizarre feeling - literally like he's trying to kick his way out!

Yes, going to give my midwife a bell tomorrow and see if she can squeeze in seeing me after such a horrid few days.

I have hopes for a VBAC this time, but if he does end up breech I think I'll go for the sunroof option straight up, as it's already on the table as an option regardless.

It is isn't it? I felt like it was a definite foot, and said so many times but was pooh poohed by the MW who was mortified when she came out the day after DD was born!
Go with whatever you feel most happy with, the only reason I was worried about a section is I have an unreasonably bad phobia about surgery, it's not anything against sections it's me being odd Grin
I hope your MW is able to get to the bottom of things and it all goes well Smile
