It's incredibly normal and common in first trimester. I dropped 30 plus pounds because I was so sick. Ginger helps

Morning sickness isn't really just being sick in the morning... for a lot of people it's all day queasiness. I lost a stone in the first trimester with DD1 as I couldn't stomach anything except jam on toast.
Very normal.

Yeah I just got picky rather than sick. Eat little and often. Sometimes if you can get something down you it helps manage the nausea. Go with what you feel like eating though. Sometimes it took me bloody ages to work out what that was though...

Eat little and often, I lost half a stone as well

Things I could stomach were apples, cereal, wotsits (in large quantities) and full sugar ribena.
Just keep eating what you fancy in small quantities as and when you can

I'm in my 3rd trimester and keep going off more and more foods. I suffer from HG as well so I lost 28lbs within 6 weeks due to the sickness and am still losing weight at the moment even though I'm eating. I've also found that the only craving I've had has been the smell of vinegar, not a food, so I've not got anything that's kept me sane foodwise.
Each week has been different though. I'll find that sometimes, there'll be food that I can eat that I couldn't stomach a few weeks ago, or go off something I love (like chocolate... thankfully that wore off after about week 14)

This is very normal in the first trimester, I had terrible nausea I was only sick twice but it was horrible. Just eat what you feel and what you can manage. It passes by the second trimester
