Hi Mums Net,

I took a pregnancy test yesterday (after missing my period which was due on Tuesday) and was delighted it came back positive. My only slight concern is that I've had cramps on and off over the last four days. Is this implantation? I haven't had any bleeding and it feels different to my normal period cramps. I'm just a bit paranoid that it's persisting but maybe it's normal? Also, is it safe to take paracetamol? I know ibuprofen is a no no. Thanks in advance!!

Cramps are totally normal. The proper implantation cramps will be over think of these as bedding in cramps, putting down roots and settling in.
