Lightening pains

So I've had a show (41+2 and about to be induced soon so feeling positive) and all day I've been getting those lightening pains where it shoots down like an electric shock and sometimes goes down my legs, it has done it loads in the last few weeks but today it's going mad and the baby just can't keep still... I've had no back ache or period pains.

What feelings did you get before labour? Could this be the start or is it just the baby wriggling on my nerves!!

I get this feeling all the time of an evening, but for me it seems to be when the baby is most active so hitting on my nerves. How are you doing today? I'm 40+4

Still no baby here! Sad starting to get worried it will be an induction on Tuesday! More pains last night but no back ache or cramping! How are you? Just as fed up as me??Easter Smile

Sorry to hear still no baby! I'm desperate the avoid induction - and yes a bit fed up of being pregnant, more worried about the time pressure now on before induction though!

It was so odd, two weeks ago I had days worth of period pains and really felt things were happening but now nothing!

Been on a 4 mile walk today so hoping that helps. Hope things have got moving for you this afternoon!
