Early pregnancy hot flashes

I'm only just over 4 weeks but keep waking up with a racing heart and feeling incredibly hot. Temp just now was 38.63 (been charting so easily to hand).

Dr Google had me a bit worried! I did get a temp of 39 just before I mc earlier this year. I remember pregnancy did make you hot but should I be concerned? (Google mentioned tommys charity and neural tube defects :/)

I've taken paracetamol. I have a mild cough, worse due to asthma, but I really don't think it's that. Luckily have gp appt tomorrow anyway. (File this under preg anxiety!)

Better not be, I'm about to finish antibiotics for a uti. doesn't feel like a resp infection.

Only other thing is that something odd happened to my thyroid levels last preg (ended in mc) - I'm hypo but went to high.

A sensible mn thread has pointed out it's only just fever level if that. And not an issue.

It woke me up I was so hot. Ugh the joys of pregnancy insomnia.

Should hot flashes go into fever territory? Heart racing too. I don't remember this with my son but it did happen before a mc. This morning I'm right down to 37 again.
