Very superficial I know but does anyone else feel really blah and low about their appearance?

I think it doesn't help my hair needs doing (booked in now for Tues) and all the in betweeny miserable weather we've had doesn't add great natural lighting but I feel so rubbish about appearance at the moment!

Am in first trimester too (fingers crossed all ok at twelve week scan next week!) so not at huge stage yet, although everything feels a lot of effort so it's possible I'm just being lazy with hair and make up adding to the effect!

I'm in my 3rd trimester and while I have an obviously pregnant bump I don't feel pregnant, I just feel fat. I am glad though that my skin cleared up from spots for the majority of it so far... the only upside for me. I think part if it is because I was 16 stone before I got pregnant and so I don't feel like I've actually lost the weight I have from the Hyperemesis I'm suffering from (2.5 stone lost... purely because I couldn't keep anything down.) Am back up to just below 15. For someone who's 5'8 that's not too bad but still.. I just feel fat and that's all I can think of about myself.

Yep. I am disgusted by my appearance and avoid my reflection as much as possible

Im 25 weeks and i can't leave the house without makeup. I have really bad out breaks and dark circles under my eyes. I feel so fat and frumpy all the time and i keep getting a lot of comments about how big i am as well, its not like i can help it I've not even put that much weight on.

Expectingbsbunumber2 · 07/09/2017 20:57

I have days like this too, yeah those comments about how big you get are so annoying arnt they.

I'm on Mat Leave at the moment - baby due any day. I feel HUGE! on my first day of ML I washed and bagged ALL of my ugly work clothes. Spending so long in clothes you wouldn't normally dream of wearing is really tough on the self-esteem!

I'm feeling this exact thing right now Confused where's the glow that everyone talks about?? Eating so much and gained a few kilos so far, feeling horrible about myself but got to remember it isn't permanent and will be worth it all in the end when baby is here! Smile

Last few weeks of pregnancy now, I felt great all the way through, great skin, great hair and nails, glowing constantly and then the last month it all went to shit. I constantly look exhausted no matter how much I sleep, hair always greasy no conditioner can save it and I'm covered in spots.
I knew it was going too well for me Grin
Will have a nice makeover once baby comes

I'm 14+2 and feel gross.

I'm so spotty, not just on my face but I have the occasional lovely red spot on my bum too... sexy!

I have a tiny bump but still so easy look as though I've just over indulged.

Honestly, I feel quite down about it as I don't feel like my DH finds me attractive at all at the moment and there's nothing I can do about it.

21 weeks and I look like a tragic minger. Planning all the beauty treatments I'm going to have once I've popped this baby out. Doesn't help that I also have a full brace....ughhhhh
