Am I simply taking too much Gaviscon? 
Apologies for the TMI..
I'm 37+4 today, and have had the runs for a few days now. I've been told previously that your body often has a big old 'clear out' before the main event but after doing some googling it says that a side effect of Gaviscon is an upset stomach.
I've not really had any other signs except a few pains here and there. I've still got my plug ect so I might just be being impatient.
