Tummy cramps a sign?

Hi everyone,

I know this should probably be posted in conception but I wanted to ask the ppl already pregnant? I'm 10 dpo and getting crampy feelings (like a stitch in my stomach!) and my bladder feeling painful. Got checked for uti today and the doctor said could be implantation as my urine is clear. Did anyone else have these feelings as a pregnancy symptom? And would I be feeling anything like this this early? Day ten past ovulation?

I had no symptoms at that point, but you may get a positive with an FRER tomorrow with FMU, as you'll only be 3 days prior to AF?

I got a positive from a cheapy in the afternoon of 11dpo and very strong on FRER

Thank you wine remind me what a FRER is again?! Is it a first response test?
