Hi all I had my dd2 by csection 7 weeks ago and I'm worried I may be pregnant again! She's been exclusively breastfed up to 5 weeks ( 1 feed of formula from that point). I bled after the op for quite a while.. about 3/4 weeks in total on and off. In that time myself and my partner had a night off and got close after a horrific pregnancy and didn't use anything!! I feel so stupid for assuming I wouldn't get pregnant!! I went to the loo yesterday and when I wiped there was a pinky coloured discharge on the tissue. I don't know if this could be implantation or just a sign my period is on the way?! I am feeling tired but with a newborn it's not unusual and slightly sick but I think it's me being anxious.. has anyone got any advice for me I'm
Extremely scared right now 😔X

Being pregnant so soon after birth when you are mostly breastfeeding and after one unprotected shag is very unlikely. Not impossible, and any minute now someone will be along to say it happened to them, but very unlikely, and I'd need more evidence than you have to think it'd happened!

You might not get your period back for months anyway. Go out and get a sensitive test to put your mind at rest. If it's positive, you can deal with it then; if it's negative, don't worry and just make sure you use protection next time.

I hope your right! It was in the heat of the moment and knowing my luck I will be! I am extremely fertile as it is! I fell pregnant on the pill with my first (2weeks after having my implant out) and due to being advised by the doctor my symptoms were due to the removal I didn't actually find out I was pregnant for 6 months and with the second she was planned but fell the first month of trying after being on the pill for 17 months or so!
I don't even want to do a test as I don't want to see positive! I know that's awful to say and I should of thought of this before we did the deed! And the hormones are really not helping! 😑 X

Well I breastfed and my dc are 11 months apart!

If your worried the only way is to do a test
