When did your bump start to show second time round?

I ask because I'm only 8 weeks with my second, and today my neighbour touched my stomach and said "Oooh, you're pregnant, how wonderful!". !! Just wondering if anyone elses bump started to show earlier second time round!

dd didn't show til 7 months plus but with ds i was noticably preg at about 15 weeks..... so much sooner!

Can't rememebr the first, about 15 weeks with 2nd, about 12 weeks with 3rd and in maternity jeans at 6 weeks with 4th!

and scorpio - you are scaring me! DS was 8lbs 12 when he was born 2 weeks early by section! BUbs are meant to be bigger second time round aren't they

he was 8lb 3oz at 2 months early. i was absolutely tiny

wow horacewimp - makes you wonder why the rest of us put on so much weight during preg! Wonder where he was hiding ha ha!

my clothes started feeling tight almost straight away this time, noticable to DH by 9wks - no one else knows yet, or haven't commented if they have noticed my bunp - I'm now 10wks & hoping to get away with baggy tops for a couple more weeks before we are ready to tell people

with ds i didn't show until 7 months, this time i was showing by 3 months.

yes, much earlier. In fact I was getting annoyed because I was just losing the baby weight from ds1 (6mo at the time)and suddenly my clothes started getting tighter again. 'How can that be?', I thought. And then I took a pg test.

23 weeks and still waiting for an obvious bump. I know it is there but not obvious to public yet. ( Was about 28 weeks with DD so must just be lucky)

I was 6.5 mths before it was obvious last time but I tried on a new swimming costume today & I think they'll be able to tell at the pool (8 wks)Mind you it could just be my fat tummy that has never gone away. DD is 5

About 10weeks with ds and as soon as i wee'd on the stick this time - was 4wksish. Bump grew rapidly in the first 24weeks and and just started to slow down at 36weeks.

Oh no!! I had no idea it showed earlier with the 2nd. I am only 5 weeks pg but maybe I need to start digging out maternity wear sooner than later . I don't think you could see a bump with dd until about 4 or 5 months
