Have read that these are good for preparing for labour etc but just wondered when I should be starting these? Will the midwife advise on them & where do I find what I should be doing??
First time pregnancy and a bit clueless!

From someone who gave birth 7 months ago and has a weak pelvic floor, I would recommend you start today and do them every day. You can Google how to do but it's basically the same muscles you would use to stop yourself from weeing mid flow. I'm currently seeing a physio to improve mine and she recommends to do it 3 times a day, with 10 long and 10 quick. The is also an NHS app called squeezy that reminds you and tells you when to hold/ release.
