Hi I've posted before but not about this. Found out I'm pregnant with twins a couple of weeks back. I've had a private scan 2 days ago dated me at 7 weeks my dates made me 8 weeks though, both heartbeats seen. Since last night I've had tummy ache low down by my knicker line and on one side to my belly button. It's not period cramp pain, could it be trapped wind. The pains there all the time and it woke me up in the night.
Any advice would be appreciated. It's not my first pregnancy and I don't really remember pain like this. We don't have an epau and my first midwife appointment isn't for another 2 weeks

I had terrible trapped wind in the beginning and it was really painful. If your worried call your midwife that's what she's there for.

Best thing is walking about to get things moving and doing some light stretches. Whenever I've felt like that a good walk around the block a couple of times helps

Thanks. The pains still there but eased off a lot. I'll see how tonight goes then I will call them tomorrow. I've not even had my midwife booking appointment yet got that at 10 weeks x
