I think I'm 6 weeks today, I haven't had any cramps since Sunday night, even then it was only one. My breast tenderness also seems to be easing up, this is freaking me out. Is there any way to know without a scan if everything is alright? Breast tenderness seems to be my only real symptom at the moment apart from spots (they've come up on my forehead which hasn't happened since my teens), fatigue & vivid dreams but I just keep worrying and panicking, it's having a very bad effect on me.

Very hard but try not to worry. Symptoms do come and go and there will be days when you don't even feel pregnant. You might be someone who has very little symptoms (my sil had none!) but at 6 weeks you're still early, you might find some sickness kicks in over the next couple of weeks and that will make you feel better (and sick!). But again don't worry if not, like I said my sil had zero symptoms and has a healthy baby boy!

I was 6 weeks this time last year! I remember getting nausea that came and went, and getting reassured when I felt sick and terrified when I didn't.

Then I got to 8 weeks and wondered what the hell I had been doing wishing this upon myself!! I ended up losing half a stone 😭

Enjoy the symptom free time, it will change soon enough.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

(This just posted on a thread about breakfast. How embarrassing!)

Some pregnancies are just like this though-it's hard but do try not to worry-a scan will show you very little at this point

I had absolutely zero symptoms with my first pregnancy and it drove me to distraction in the first weeks....I'm now driven to distraction by the resulting toddler plus a highly symptomatic second pregnancy 😬

Don't panic you really can't tell anything from symptoms. I had really painful breasts and was being sick and had a missed miscarriage. In my next pregnancy my boobs didn't hurt at all and everything was fine. Xx

I'm 14 weeks today and my symptoms have been coming and going constantly. Some women have absolutely no symptoms at all! Try not to panic (Easier said than done I know).

I've had the same, symptoms not showing themselves some days and worrying me, it was a while ago when I had my babies but I essentially worried about every twinge, and also every time I didn't have a twinge - try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy

Very hard not to worry. My first 12 weeks I was a mess. I remember about 7 weeks my very few symptoms I had disappeared and never came back really. I now have a healthy 6 week old. Just keep an eye on it is all I can say. X

By week 11 all my horrible symptoms had gone and I worried but at my 12 week scan I saw a happy moving baby. Symptoms will go and there will be days you don't feel pregnant at all I had that. Make the most of feeling good while you can 😊

It's so hard not to worry, I've already cried twice this morning. Not concentrating at work and that is not good when you're a care worker
