Morning

I'm 13+5 and since finding out I was pregnant I have completely stopped counting calories. However seeing as I've been tracking food (using myfitnesspal or weight watchers) pretty much non stop for the past few years, I'm really struggling to know how much I should be eating when I don't track and feel like I'm putting on too much weight - i.e. fat weight rather than baby weight iykwim?

I'm not for a second suggesting I'm getting gonna start dieting, but would it be ok to track just to make sure I'm not eating way too much? If so, which tracker would people recommend and how many calories should you have when pregnant?

I would say just eat what you feel, I have days when I can't stop eating and others when I'm not over hungry at all. Eating good is a bonus for baby of course. Give your self some treats I know I do!
