Constantly hungry and nauseous

Hi all im roughly 6wks preggo with my 3rd child and unlike either of my previous pregnancys i am constantly hungry, like nothing can sooth this beast! But on top of that i am feeling horribly nauseous. Any one elce out there in the same boat?? Ca anyone offer advice??

Hi congratulations!

I was fine with my daughter but horrific sickness with my son.
I found if I nibbled on dry crackers throughout the day it would stop the sicky feeling I had.
I hope you manage to find something to help xx

Thanks i was fine with my dd (1st) i was terrible and had to take antisickness meds with my ds (2nd) this one is kinda in the middle but the hunger thing is new to me.
