Early pregnancy symptoms

Hi!!!
I have the same pregnancy symptoms like I did with my first swollen boobs, and cramps in my groin bad lower back thirst and headaches and fatigue but mainly it was just cramps but I have a burning sensation in my pelvis! I've taken a pregnancy test a day earlier than I should so I presumed I would of maybe of had a small faint line pop up but nothing!!!! Had anyone ever experienced burning sensation in your abdominal/pelvis area? And was you pregnant how long before a test did yours actually become positive I'm hoping it's a positive as been trying for 6 months and no luck yet!

I waited until I was a week late to test, 19th & 20th (when i was due on) I was bloated, cramping, mood swings so I was sure I would come on however my boobs also felt swollen (which I should have realised was weird since I don't get painful boobs before periods anymore since losing weight) and theb came little bits of nausea & fatigue tested the following Sunday and got a definite positive

Any news OP?

I've taken another test which was negative I'm spotting today earlier when my period starts so maybe I've started earlier or could still be early to test! :(

I'm 11 weeks now and my boobs are soo sore, every time I nudge them accidentally it kills lol my early symptoms were very tender breasts, feeling really weak and tired and weeing a lot more x
