Hi ladies, I am 7 weeks pregnant and at around 4.5 weeks I had a high temperature, weeing all the time, tender breasts and had food aversions and some cravings and been very hungry. For the past couple of days my symptoms seemed to have disappeared altogether. I've also had very little discharge very dry below (sorry for too much info) I am very concerned that these are bad signs. My husband has a balanced translocation which means we are at risk of miscarriage so I'm getting quite worried. Has anyone else experienced this before?

Mine disappeared at 7 weeks and then came back even stronger a few days to a week later. If you're really worried I'd call the EPU for reassurance though. Good luck Flowers

Hi OP, my symptoms all disappeared at 8ish weeks and ended up getting myself into a flap and had a private scan. All was well and the symptoms came back a week later. I'm now 28+6! Really hope it works out for you, always such a worrying time.

This happened to me during second pregnancy at a similar time, sending me off to a private Harley Street scan in a panic - symptoms of course returned that day and I was vomiting the whole way to a very expensive unnecessary appointment! For many people I think the symptoms come and go...I'd suggest calling your EPU, they will often provide reassurance scans (in my area anyway)

Thanks ladies, I may go for a private scan and pay as nhs won't do a scan before 12 weeks. I've got my first midwife appointment next week so I'll voice all my concerns. Fingers crossed all is ok. It's the first time Ive ever been pregnant, I'm 36 and my husband and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years so ii don't know what's normal and what's not x
