I'm 10+2 ... have told a few people including DS's nursery yesterday when they said "oh DS told us he had a baby at home "

Now I'm having period pains and I'm freaking the fuck out. Feel like I've massively jinxed things and baby wont be ok.

Am considering a private scan as nhs isnt for two weeks...but I think they'd have to do an internal as I'm so bloody fat Sad I'm having a meltdown...

I've always been told to worry about cramps and bleeding together but not separately and that's definitely been the case for me - I've had both this pregnancy but not at the same time and am now almost 20 weeks. Cramps can be very normal as it's often just your uterus stretching - plus at 10 weeks the placenta is taking over so there's a lot going on in there.

Having said all that, I do understand why you're worried. BabyBond offer internal scans if you give them a call - they just have to schedule you in with the right sonographer. They were very understanding when I spoke to them about it.

Best of luck and hope all is okay!

Could they be more your uterus and whatever else stretching rather than cramping? I occasionally get aches like this but everything is fine and nothing to worry about.

Do you? Is that normal with second baby? I assumed I was all stretched

As you uterus grows it will stretch and when the baby is born it will shrink back, this will happen regardless of the amount of baby's you have.
