So back at, 6 weeks from the middle of my spine up to Base of head and round to shoulders was agony. Like the pain when you've slept really awkward. Which at first I thought it was. Then changed mattress, pillows etc. Didn't help.
When I mentioned to gp about it he said it would be the build up in progesterone? And would pass. Sure enough about ten days later it did.
But oh my God the last two days at 12 weeks it's back with vengeance, dps tried to massage and it'd seems like it's deeper behind spine. It's like I want to crack it to release it. Which I know won't help. Tried heat pads laying in a warm bath. And currently laying here on a hot day with one of them microwave monkeys heated on my neck sweating my tits off lol
The gp said it's a ride it out case but surely there's got to be something, I can't turn my head to drive properly. Or bend down or tilt head without it causing pain down my back. Earliest I can get an apt is next Friday., but I'm sure there's nothing they can do.
Has anyone else had this.?
