3rd baby after 2 c-sections?

I'm 37 and have 2 kids, youngest is 2.5. I'm at that 'now or never' stage for having a 3rd, though we're still not really decided.

I'm fit and healthy but had 2 c-sections - has anyone here been recommended not to become pregnant again after 2 surgeries? I haven't mentioned it to my GP yet, but it's just another risk factor on top of my age I suppose. It's such a hard decision either way!!!

Thanks for any advice

I'm 33 and have just had my second section. No-one mentioned for a second I shouldn't have any more, and I imagine be around the same age as you are now if I were to have a third. I know there's a sensible limit to number of sections but I'm pretty sure that limit isn't two for most people.

Hi, I'm 33 weeks pregnant with my third after 2 sections. Nothing was ever mentioned about there being s bigger risk after having two sections.
I'm 31 and have had complications in previous pregnancies also and my risk is still low

I've been told if I choose to have c section with second (after emergency one with first), I would have to have a c section if I choose to have a third. More increased risk of infection and complications BUT not impossible, or even advised against. I think you should get some professional advice based on your history. Good luck!
