I'm pregnant 17 weeks after having a baby

I honestly don't understand how it's happened, I've not had a period since DD1 was born 17 weeks ago and I was taking the mini pill (I also breastfed for 9 weeks) I'm so worried I can't even tell my DP - I'm not scared about having another baby as I love family life. I'm so worried about money. I'm currently on maternity leave with DD1 and my partner is working full time. things are tighter but not terrible. If I was to have another baby there is no way we could afford to live.
I just don't know what to do, I'm embarrassed and scared.

Talk to your partner! How far are you with this pregnancy? Sit and talk with your partner but whatever choices you make make sure you both agree. Hope it all works out for you💕

Oh no! Not good! You do need to have a chat with your DP. This is not your fault it's not like you've done this on purpose, it's out of both of your control. Remember that a termination is a possible option, you don't have to have this baby if you don't want to.
