Fatigue/exhaustion & no appetite!?

So I'm 7 +5/6 days, and although not feeling bad in general for the past week and a half I've been extremely fatigued and have no appetite.

I'm able to eat small and often, probably 6 or 7 small snack type meals a day, but nothing sounds good to me and there is nothing I really fancy. I'm eating a lot of savoury bits like Ritz crackers and cheese or fruit.

The fatigue is the worse, some days I could easily sleep all day as well as all night.

I work in a school and an due to go back on Monday, how has everyone else coped with this?

I know my symptoms are completely normal,
just looking for ideas or advice. Thanks

Hate to say it but you just need to power through the exhaustion and sleep/rest as much as you can when you aren't working. I didn't do much socially in the early weeks as I just wanted to sleep/slouch on the sofa. It will lift though in a few weeks. Try to eat high energy foods if you can to help and eat what you can manage.

I mostly found the powering through much easier than expected. You just kind of switch off to how you're feeling until you get home and can crash out. Just make sure you have plenty of little snacks and drink plenty of water throughout the day too. Most people stop feeling like this after the first trimester and I'm one of them- hopefully you'll be the same. Congrats on your pregnancy! X

I'm on nights at the minute, powering through then sleeping 10 hours in the daytime, it's not easy, I just want to sleep the whole time.
Just eat little and often if you can

I'm hoping that once back into a routine at school, I'll be too busy to even think about how tired I feel lol!

Even if I come home and crash then it wouldn't be the end of the world!

I'm continuously snacking, every 2 ish hours and trying to have food that is nourishing!

Don't worry too much about nourishment- just eat what you can when you can xx

It's not easy but you'll do it.
Weirdly, I find keeping busy actually helps take my mind off how tired I am.

I'm a massage therapist and on my days off I pretty much lie down all day feeling nauseas and wonder how on earth I'll get through the next working day, but I always manage it somehow.
Make sure you have lots of small snack bits at hand. Once you're home rest as much as possible.
