Anyone had 2+ breech pregnancies?

DD was breech from early on (22 weeks or so) and never turned, I tried all the natural methods (so no ECV but acupuncture/chiro/spinning/blah blah) and nothing worked. OB said due to shape of my pelvis and uterus plus location of some fibroids. She was delivered by ELCS at 39 weeks so left it as late as I could hoping she'd turn.

26+4 with second pregnancy now and baby is also breech, in fact the exact same position as DD was throughout the pregnancy (confirmed by scan). I feel like I need to start mentally preparing for another ELCS but I keep getting told it's so rare to have even 1 breech pregnancy to term let alone 2.

Anyone else experience this? Thanks!

Hi, like you both of my dd's were breech and never turned. This is due to the shape of my uterus too. Third baby now, 33 weeks and breech still.

I've had two csections. It's unlikely she will turn so I'm being booked for a section, get the date next week.
I was offered an ecv with my first but declined as they told me I had to have some medication to relax my muscles which can cause a racing heart. After 1 section they won't even offer this as there is a risk of uterine rupture because of the scar tissue.

I tried everything to get my babies to turn but nothing worked.

Yes, two breeches folllowed by c-sections. I tried an ECV with both of them so some hospitals do offer this, but it didn't work.

I've always suspected it was something to do with the shape of my uterus!

Interesting. I'm in a country that tends towards extreme risk aversion so I suspect they don't so ECV on women who have had a section already.
