Sounds amusing, but really really isn't... I'm 20 weeks and this has only started in the last week. Does anyone have any advice?! SO uncomfortable...

Ooh OP there's nothing WORSE!

I had itchy nipples for MONTHS. I'm 35+4 and can't remember when it stopped but it was several weeks ago.

Sudocrem stops the itching. Pop a breastpad in your bra if you are precious about staining.

Thank you!! Will get some on the way home from work; I'd been using moisturiser but it just made my bra stick to me(!) which probably didn't help...

Mine got so bad I had to put hydrocortisone on them - tiny amount for two nights. Otherwise I've been using aveeno and trying to ignore!

Thanks for replying :) good to hear I'm not alone, although I'd rather I were and no one else was suffering! I'll upgrade to hydrocortisone if the sudocrem is ineffective...

yep, I eventually needed hydrocortisone on mine.

I don't remember mine being itchy but mine became extremely flakey and dry skin like. Moisturised twice daily with the same stuff I am using for Stretch Mark prevention and I'm just getting over it now. Went on for a few months.

Anyone else flakey as well as itchy?? .....(yes, I am aware at how horrible that sounds!😂)

I had this at a similar stage to you, it went off and had come back the last couple of days. I've been putting aloe on mine. It cools it down too.
Bloody awful and embarrassing when you're in public and desperate to scratch your nips!

Jessiecat27 · 29/08/2017 18:29

I've been using lanisoh to moisturise which helps a bit!

Lana1234 · 29/08/2017 22:05

Little bit of coconut oil has helped for me!

Tgis was my least favourite part of pregnancy! Impossible to itch discreetly. I used Palmers unscented over the whole boob then lanisoh on the Nipple, only thing that stopped the itch

Yep same issue here. I am now 36+4 and it still happens Angry i dont wear bras at home as they seem to make it worse. I second palmers although its not a miracle cure.
