Any hope?

I've been in hospital for the last 12 hours as I've had spotting on and off for the last 5 days, after bloods and an internal They said miscarriage or ectopic is fairly high
As my progesterone levels are 4 and hcg is 500 and they think I'm roughly 8 weeks and that's too low
I have to go back for more bloods on weds and they will decide then if I need to have a scan weds to see if it's ectopic
Am I naive to have a small sliver of hope?? Xx

Oh what a difficult situation. I think that hope is the only thing we have in life and there's always hope in some form. Here for a hand-hold and, for you, I hope that you make it through whatever there is to come

I bled (I mean really bleed - sanitary towels soaked) through my pregnancies and there was hope. I hope it's the same for you.
Hope you are ok.

They don't believe it to be good news as I had lots of pain and blood yesterday, going for bloods this evening to check my levels but every one believes I've miscarried, thank you for all your thoughts and hand holding, a small part of me still hopes they are wrong but it is fading fast xx
