slow rising hcg levels

So on Wednesday I went to the EPU as I'd noticed when I wiped the very slightest brown discharge.
Doc checked my cervix etc it was closed everything fine and told me to come back the next day for a scan.
Came back for a scan the pregnancy is in my uterus and can see what they would expect at 4-5 weeks .
They give me a blood test and then told me to come back on Friday for another to check my hcg levels so did that.

I'm now panicking as the nurse rang and told me my hcg had gone by 44% from 1279 when they expect it to double in 48 hours and to go back on Sunday for more bloods to see the trend .
I'm getting myself in a state thinking there's something wrong and a miscarriage is inevitable

Just to clarify the brown discharge stopped after 24 hours and it was only a very slight amount when I wiped

Do you have an update at all I’m currently in the same situation x

Can’t say it’s all going to be ok but currently 26/40 and baby seems ok.

Add 24 hours to both of those numbers.
