34 weeks and feel really sick... any reason to worry?

I'm 34 weeks today and was up for most of last night with really bad nausea - I was sick a couple of times.
I am putting it down to having a fry up for dinner (I don't usually eat fried food and won't again!), but just wondered if this would be anything to be concerned about.
I feel slightly better this morning, but still nauseous.
What do you think?

I must admit I used to feel sick a lot in the last trimester. Never had morning sickness though. I once threw up after watching a drinking game on one of those Club 18-30 holiday TV programmes!

Or maybe you just caught a bug?

I certainly don't think it's anything to worry about. I am 33 weeks at the moment and feel sick most days, especially after I've eaten, there is just not much room for food. You may have caught a bug or it could have been an overload of fat from your fry up but the important thing is to rest to re-gain your strength and DRINK plenty of water to rehydrate you.

Hope you feel better soon.

Oh no. Hope you're feeling better.

I too was really ill the other night at 37 weeks. Threw up seven times. I was impressed! I too was worried but midwife assured me it was a stomach bug. I felt a lot better by the evening so I reckon it was a 24 hour thing if it is a bug with you.

Is the baby still moving about? That's the thing to watch out for I was told by midwife.

i'm on the due in April thread and there has been a lot of us that have started feeling sick again in the last 6 weeks or so

i'm 34 weeks and I've felt quite sick too these last week or so. I'm not hungry anymore either. haven't actually been sick yet.

Thanks for putting my mind at ease, I feel a bit better today.
Baby is moving about lots and lots so I don't think there's anything to worry about, obviously just ANOTHER pregnancy niggle!
