Can anyone advise if your able to take Dulco Ease or Buscopan at 34 weeks pregnant?

Not sure re the above but I've been religiously taking fibrogel drinks for a few weeks. The texture is horrible but they help

Califig is miraculous!

I took buscopan during pregnancy and it was the only thing that helped during the early stages of Labour. My midwife said this was fine. I also had constipation and Laculose helped a lot.

Prune juice might be worth a try. It was the only thing I could get to work for me during 2 pregnancies.

My husband picked this two up but we stopped by Sainsbury's and saw they had califig. Hope it helps 😥

Lactulose is meant to be ok with pregnancy

Whole FLAXSEEDS / LINSEEDS - they're the same thing..with plenty of water.
