Numb feeling in groin and legs 4 weeks pregnant

Hi everyone
Really hoping someone can provide some reassurance on this. I'm currently about 4/5 weeks pregnant with second baby (had c section after failed induction October 2016). Yesterday when wiping after passing urine it felt a bit odd and numb. As the day progressed it got worse and is now in the whole area (saddle area). Today I woke up and my feet are also numb. It also feels like I'm walking on little needles!
Now I know that if I were heavily pregnant then it would be likely that baby is pressing on a nerve but I'm doubtful of this at 3/5 weeks. I saw the GP this morning he wasn't sure but said I didn't have symptoms of corda equina (although reading about it these are red flag symptoms). I'm passing urine and opening bowels fine.
Any ideas or experiences???

I would say ring out of hours Op,any numbness in that area surely isn't right.
Cauda Equina (if it's found to be that) needs prompt treatment.

Thanks. I went to A&E in the end. Can't give an answer why I'm having these feelings but it's not corda equiba (phew!). Likely to be pregnancy related though.
